Outstanding Steaks - a Ricardo’s Tradition

Ricardo's Restaurant was opened in 1943 by two brothers. Their dedication to serving the finest steaks possible has been carried on for more than 60 years. Their steaks are hand-cut, grain fed western beef, cooked to tender, juicy perfection. Hearty Italian fare compliments the casual feel of this fine dining establishment. Their reputation for outstanding service and superb food is known across the country.

Chef Peter West began with Ricardo's in 1964 and purchased the restaurant in 1989. Approximately five years ago Cathy Merski joined Ricardo's as Peter West's partner. Together, they run one of Erie's most beloved restaurants.
