Our Buffet Style In-House Catering Menu, Our Banquet Menu and Open Menu Option– which allows your guests to order off the regular menu. We also offer a special menu designed for Wedding Showers and Baby Showers. Our comfortable, relaxing facility can easily and comfortably accommodate your group of up to 100 guests. Buffet Style In-House Catering

At Ricardo’s Restaurant, we make it easy for you to customize your buffet specifically for your special event or occasion. Our standard meat selections include 6 customer favorites to choose from.

All Buffet Style meals include Salad, Rolls & Butter + Choose 2, 3 or 4 meats from our standard meat selections: Sausage with Peppers & Onions, Ox Roast, or Meatballs + Select 2, 3 or 4 side dishes: Vegetable, Potato, Rigatoni, Pasta Salad.

We also offer two deluxe meat options: Tenderloin Tips and Cut-Up Ribs.

All guests receive the same menu item.

There is a $25 room set up charge.
